As Co-Founder, you are responsible for leading a project for a very specific opportunity. The project is a digital platform for communication and learning. In collaboration with our venture builder, we have tested the opportunity, validated the market, and spoken to potential partners about bringing the product to market. The platform has been built and went through several iteration cycles. It is already being used by several clients, a global roll-out is planned for 2019. The platform is designed to create a thriving corporate culture by enabling communication and learning. An integration of blockchain and AI has been concepted and is planned for 2019.
Within our venture ecosystem, you will be following a structured venture building process while making optimal use of your entrepreneurial skills. You will be part of a small but highly skilled team and will lead small projects and teams yourself. Supported by our team of experts, analysts, and developers you will build a proof of concept and develop a unique business model to disrupt the market. You can make use of our large community to test both the product and business model to prepare everything for launching the idea. You will report directly to the partners.
You are an experienced entrepreneur with a solid track record including successes and failures. You are familiar with business development, product development, and creating kick-ass strategies. You are used to high speed and quick iterations. You were active in tier 1 consulting firms for more than 6 years and are familiar with the global industry. You are well-travelled and able to work smoothly in international and decentralized teams. To you, data is just as important as great user experiences. You are purpose-driven, value high quality, and interested in continuous personal growth. Your goal in life is to create an impact with a sexy solution. You have first experience with AI or Blockchain, you have successfully built a platform business, and you know how to create a great corporate culture.
